It’s always a pleasure to help our clients bring their homes to market with the absolute best foot forward.

Every guest left with a gorgeous flower and a QR code linked straight to the listing details. 

We love connecting with local businesses to help spotlight our clients’ properties and tap into the community vibe organically. 

Plus, chatting up the neighbours and inviting them over, delivering postcards, and tapping into targeted digital ads really propelled us forward. 

Our marketing efforts drew in double the amount of eyeballs to our clients’ custom listing website than hits on Realtor.ca.

So what was the final result?

Our clients accepted a firm offer one week after listing for $237,000 over-asking.

And with happy buyers and sellers, we couldn’t be more thrilled.
