Closing

  • You will receive an invite to use our complimentary online concierge service, MoveSnap, where you can manage every part of your move. Transfer utilities, services, find movers and donation centres near you, update government IDs, and much more

  • We will recommend our preferred lawyers, mortgage brokers, movers, anything you need to complete your move

  • We ensure all necessary parties e.g. lawyer and mortgage broker receive all paperwork

  • Depending on the terms of your agreement, you are entitled to two, one-hour long buyer visits before closing

  • Any communication needed between the buyer and seller will be facilitated between the Real Estate agents

  • We will check-in with all parties to ensure that everything is in place to close

  • A few days after closing day our brokerage will release the balance of the buyer’s deposit to you, which can be picked up at our office or couriered to you
